We are seeking a devoted and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our WELL ESTABLISHED PRIVATE practice on Fridays from 7:30-2:30. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and kind. We value a permanent person, interested in forming lasting relationships with our patients.
Our practice is laid back, FUN and very personalized. We are FLEXIBLE about days off and schedules. Our doctors are HONEST, RESPECTFUL and a pleasure to work with!
Duties ~
Perform 1hr dental cleanings for recall and 1hr 15min for new patients.
Conduct periodontal assessments and document findings accurately.
Utilize Dentrix software for documentation, scheduling, and record management.
Assist doctor with dental examinations.
Review medical history and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Take quality dental x-rays & PANS.
Experience ~
A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software is advantageous.
We will happily train new graduates!
Pay ~
$45-$50/hour + 401K MATCH + daily grab bag BONUS + Birthday + Christmas + CPR re-certification!!

Park Crossing Dentistry is a well-established private, general dental practice in southwest Charlotte, near Pineville. Our office is well run, organized, respectful, ethical, laid back, flexible, drama-free and fun! We value close patient/staff relationships and superior service. Many of our patients have been coming here since they were kids.
Dr. Joshua Neubauer became Dr. Bateman's (the original owner) partner 10+ years ago. He then became sole owner when Bateman retired several years ago. He works Tues-Fri. He's known for his gentleness, kindness and all the old ladies love him!
Dr. Alex Ramos is an advanced dentist who also places implants. He is here Tues & Wed and works at another office Mon & Thurs. He has been part of our team for 5+ years. He is very passionate about dentistry and is also gentle and kind.
Dr. Emerald Powell is a bubbly, loud laughing, happy, new mom!! She is in the office Mon, Thurs & Fri. We have been her dental home for 6+ years. All of our doctors are such a pleasure.
We have several hygienists that work various days. All single column 1hr recall and 1hr 15min new patient appts.
Our front desk staff is stellar and have been working in the office for many years with low turnover.
