Responsibilities:
Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols.
Chart accurately in Open Dental and maintain patient records.
Educate and support patients throughout their visits.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.
Help keep the schedule running smoothly and assist with front office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
Experience with general dentistry and chairside assisting.
Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus.
Knowledge of radiography, infection control, and HIPAA.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
Our office is a most Adult PPO patient, Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM and Friday 8:00AM-1:00PM. Two provider office.
