Full time RDA

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to support a busy, multi-specialty practice offering comprehensive care in General, Pedodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and more. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented team member with a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a wide range of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and organizing supplies, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. You will work closely with doctors across multiple specialties and contribute to an efficient, positive experience for patients of all ages. Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach are essential.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a dental office and should be comfortable working in General, Orthodontic, and Pediatric settings. Experience with Oral Surgery and Orthodontics/Pediatrics is especially important. A high school education or equivalent is required.

This position offers a team-oriented environment serving a diverse patient base, including Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and Private patients. The office provides disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support safety and infection control.

This is a full-time opportunity. Candidates must be open to working weekends and able to stay through scheduled shifts without leaving early.
