We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented team member to support a busy private practice cosmetic family dentistry office. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced general dental setting and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.

Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, setting up treatment rooms, taking and documenting vital information as directed, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. You will also help ensure smooth patient flow, support the front and back office teams, and provide friendly communication that contributes to a positive patient experience.

The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team. A high school education or equivalent is preferred, and prior dental experience is helpful but not required for the right person.
