Coordinate treatment plans by explaining procedures, discussing financial options, and facilitating patient understanding of care plans aligned with dental terminology and coding standards.
Manage documentation review for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain a clean, organized front office environment by filing Dental records, managing office supplies, and supporting overall office management duties.
Provide exceptional patient service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Skills
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, and health information management practices.
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
Experience in insurance verification, dental billing, and documentation review within a healthcare setting.

Prior clinic or dental office experience combined with strong organizational skills in dental administrative support or office management roles.
