What You'll Do
• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal maintenance.
• Perform thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and identifying oral health concerns.
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to promote lifelong oral health.
• Capture high-quality digital radiographs while following all safety protocols.
• Accurately document patient care, treatment recommendations, and clinical findings using Eaglesoft and other digital systems.
• Collaborate with doctors and teammates to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance.
• Help create a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable environment where every patient feels cared for.
What We're Looking For
• Current Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Experience in a general dentistry practice preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of periodontal therapy, anatomy, and infection control.
• Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• A positive, compassionate, team-oriented attitude.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships.
