Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a full-time position with excellent pay and bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality preventive dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene, and assisting in maintaining high standards of patient care and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough oral assessments, including reviewing patient history and evaluating oral health conditions.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Assist dentists in identifying and treating oral health conditions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols.
Stay updated with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technology.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
State licensure and certification as required.
Proficiency in using dental equipment and X-ray machines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing a high level of patient care.
