We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team at our family-friendly dental practice. Located conveniently in Greensboro, NC, we take pride in providing comprehensive dental care that caters to the diverse needs of our patients. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the oral health and well-being of our patients while contributing to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart.

Key Responsibilities:

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental hygiene services, which include:

- Performing routine cleanings and periodontal therapy, ensuring optimal patient comfort.
- Conducting thorough examinations and providing patient education on dental hygiene best practices.
- Collaborating with Dr. Newsome and the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting treatment provided.
- Upholding infection control and safety protocols, utilizing the provided personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and face shields.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred; however, we welcome new graduates to apply.
- An active state dental hygiene license and a commitment to ongoing education.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering compassionate care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and independently with patients.
