Registered Dental Hygienist - Part-Time Opportunity

Cedar Park, TXWe are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established dental practice. Our team is built around high quality care and a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel valued. As a general, multi-doctor, private practice, we are happy to have served our community for over 25 years and strive to continue supporting our patients in achieving a healthy, beautiful smile through preventive and comprehensive care.
This is a part-time position for a professional who enjoys delivering excellent clinical care while building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues. Our practice includes two female dentists, four part-time hygienists, and three dental assistants, creating a collaborative setting where teamwork is essential. Many of our team members have been with our practice for over 10 years.
Responsibilities include performing routine dental hygiene procedures, conducting patient assessments with full mouth periodontal probe readings, taking and reviewing radiographs, documenting findings accurately, and educating patients on home care and preventive treatment recommendations. Our dental hygienists treat one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient. A strong commitment to patient comfort, clinical excellence, and professionalism is important in this role. In addition, the ability to communicate effectively with patients is essential.
This position offers a competitive compensation of $52–$55 per hour, along with PTO, Holiday Pay, and Birthday Pay. We also offer CE course reimbursement.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Dental Hygienist License in the state of Texas.
