We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a well-established single-doctor general practice located along the Bridgeport-Trumbull line. This is a part-time position that offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth while working in a supportive environment.
In our practice, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dental care. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing thorough patient assessments, including dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and patient education related to oral hygiene practices. You will have the opportunity to spend ample time with each patient; dedicating one hour for adults and 30 minutes for children, allowing you to establish strong relationships and provide personalized care.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience as a dental hygienist and hold a valid state license to practice. We emphasize a patient-centered approach, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients are essential. Your role will be crucial in helping patients maintain optimal oral health, and your expertise will help us achieve our mission of creating beautiful smiles.
Our office is equipped with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring your safety and comfort while delivering exceptional care. Additionally, our practice offers a comfortable work environment with free parking available for all employees.
As we anticipate the retirement of our current dental hygienist, we are eager to welcome a new team member who shares our commitment to excellence. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $48 to $58, commensurate with experience.
