As the Insurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our practice by managing patient interactions, verifying insurance benefits, and presenting treatment plans. Your positive demeanor and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for scheduling appointments using Dentrix Ascend and handling various administrative tasks. While an RDA license is a plus, it is not required. A background in insurance verification is essential to assist patients in understanding their benefits.
