Willing to train the right personality with active WA RDA license!

• Take dental X-rays while adhering to radiation safety standards and clinical confidentiality policies
• Support patient management by scheduling appointments, updating medical history, and providing exceptional patient care and customer service
• Maintain clinical cleanliness by following infection control procedures, sterilization techniques, and aseptic methods in line with healthcare infection prevention standards
• Assist with dental equipment setup, including 3D scanners and other advanced imaging tools used in general dentistry and specialized fields like prosthodontics or oral surgery
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Help maintain the office in optimal condition

Qualifications
• Strong interest in healthcare and dentistry with a desire to learn new skills quickly
• Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with patients and team members
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to clinical confidentiality policies
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental terminology preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Willingness to learn about dental equipment operation, X-ray safety, infection control practices, and patient management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks accurately, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Prior experience in dental clinic settings or healthcare environments is a plus but not necessary; comprehensive training will be provided for all new hires
• Most importantly, the ideal candidate would have a positive and flexible attitude with a strong work ethic.

I know what it’s like to work for a bad practice. I feel like I wasted 4 years of my professional life. A classmate told me about Cloud Dentistry. In the past 8 months, I have worked in numerous practices, had better instrumentation to practice my craft, and have felt a great sense of respect. It’s amazing to feel free again while earning more money.

I really like the rating system for both the provider and the office so that it provides a brief snapshot of the level of service provided.

I wish I had the option of putting more stars, as I don't think 5 is enough! I can’t thank Cloud Dentistry enough for all the work it's provided me. I love utilizing the user-friendly platform to create my own schedule. The offices I've worked for have been great and I truly do not see myself using any other platform out there. Thank you Cloud Dentistry for helping make my professional future one I'm so proud of. I will be recommending Cloud Dentistry to all of my dental professional friends and family!
