Our vibrant Beaverton dental practice is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. In our general practice, led by a single doctor, we pride ourselves on fostering a positive and enjoyable environment for both our staff and patients. We believe that a pleasant workplace leads to exceptional patient care, and we strive to create a fun atmosphere—including playing quality music and quoting our favorite movies all day.
As a key member of our dental team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care. Your responsibilities will include performing routine cleanings, providing patient education on oral health, and assisting with various procedures, ensuring that our patients feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, diligent, and personable, with a growth mindset that thrives in a collaborative setting.
Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, as it will help facilitate our workflow, but a commitment to learning and adapting is equally important. Your ability to connect with our diverse patient base will ensure that they receive not only the highest level of dental treatment but also a friendly and supportive experience.
Our office values its team members, providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a retirement plan, ensuring that your well-being is prioritized. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $55.00 to $60.00, with the flexibility to negotiate salary and working days to suit your needs. During your shifts, you will enjoy a one-hour lunch break, and we provide convenient parking in our lot for your ease.
