What you’ll do
- Assist chairside and keep procedures running smoothly and on time
- Prep treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and trays before each patient
- Assist with temp crowns and bridges, crown deliveries, nightguards, bleaching, and suture removals
- Take diagnostic X-rays and keep patient records, lab scripts, and case tracking accurate
- Help patients understand their treatment and feel confident in their care
- Support scheduling, re-care, and the daily flow of the clinic
- Maintain equipment, inventory, sterilization, and emergency supplies
- Train and support newer assistants as they grow

What you bring
- Current Texas RDA certification
- Current BLS certification
- 2–5 years of dental assisting experience
- Experience making temporary crowns and bridges
- Strong chairside skills and knowledge of instruments and procedures
- Clear documentation, communication, and organization
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

Nice to have
- Ortho, Invisalign, implant, or iTero experience
