Patient Care Coordinator

Our Patient Care Coordinator is the first to greet our patients so we are looking for someone that has a sunshine personality, is always smiling, and understands that the highest quality patient care always comes from the heart. Strong interpersonal skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with our patients. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from check in to out and is responsible for managing the entry of patient information, maintaining customer care that aligns with our vision, assisting with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, tracking and understanding of analytics, and management of patient retention. Additionally, this position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, Dentrix experience and the skill to efficiently multi-task under pressure as we are a high volume private practice.

Welcome to Parker Nickolas Read Dental! We are located in the Spring Branch-Memorial area, and are looking for an organized, multi-tasking, resourceful and dependable individual to join our talented professional team!

We are a very busy high paced office, in need of someone with excellent verbal/communication skills to treat our patients.
Our practice consists of mature adult crown and bridge, implants, cosmetics, adult perio scaling and root planing and placement of
localized antimicrobial medications, as well as diode laser therapy.
