Dental Assistant, EDDA/RDA

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a modern, friendly, downtown Niwot family practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a general, single-doctor, private setting that values high-quality care, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach. Our practice is continuing to grow, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to a positive clinical environment while delivering excellent dentistry with confidence and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong foundation in comprehensive dental knowledge, both chairside and operative. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves educating patients, collaborating effectively with the clinical team, and helping create a welcoming experience for every person who enters the office. We are looking for a professional who is comfortable providing a wide range of general dentistry services and who takes pride in clinical accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Compensation is offered on an hourly basis, along with PTO and an insurance stipend. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is excited to grow with a practice that is expanding and committed to maintaining the high standards that our patients expect.
