Weymouth, MAJoin Our Family-Oriented Dental Practice as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist!
Are you a passionate and driven dental hygienist looking for a fulfilling opportunity with a laid-back, family-oriented practice? We are seeking a dental hygienist to join our close-knit team for a part-time position.
Our practice focuses on providing exceptional patient care in a low-stress environment, allowing you to thrive both professionally and personally without the pressures of a corporate setting. We value teamwork and strive for seamless operations, ensuring our staff feels supported and empowered.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and updating patient medical histories and confirming that x-rays are current.
- Performing essential dental hygiene tasks, including calculus removal, scaling, periodontal probing, and oral cancer screenings.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and addressing their questions to promote better dental health.
We operate using Eaglesoft clinical software and DentiMax for our imaging needs, providing you with the tools necessary to excel in your role. Your shift will include working on Tuesdays from 7 AM to 5 PM (with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM) and Thursdays from 7 AM to 3 PM, with the potential for additional hours on Fridays in the future (7 AM to 12 PM).
Our office is well-equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) including N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, all to ensure your safety and comfort while you care for patients.
We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $53, with room for growth and negotiation, as well as a 401(k) plan. Whether you're new to the field or an experienced hygienist, we welcome your application and look forward to building a great future together.
