Patient Care Coordinator

The Dental Lounge is currently building a team of caring people who understand our patients are more than just procedures. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable being cross-trained and jumping in wherever needed.

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact at the office and welcomes every single patient in as if they were a friend while being conscientious of time and the schedule. As the initial impression and public face of the practice on the telephone and in person, this job is a crucial element in the patient experience.

Our ideal Patient Care Coordinator:
- Has dental front office experience
- Is familiar with payment processing and dental insurance
- Can maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Is friendly, professional, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
