Dental Hygienist -Private Practice | Irving - Las Colinas

A small, private, single-doctor dental office in Las Colinas is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 2–3 days per week.

Dr. Vanessa Williams built this practice with a simple vision: patients always come before production. After leaving the corporate dental world, she created an environment where dentistry is practiced with integrity, patience, and genuine care for people.

Patients travel from all over the DFW area because they value Dr. Williams’ thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to dentistry.

This is a calm, drama-free office where the team truly enjoys working together. On any given day the office runs as a close-knit team of four people: one doctor, one hygienist, one assistant, and one front office team member. Everyone supports one another, communicates well, and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience.

The practice is currently in a growth phase, and the hygienist who joins us will have the opportunity to be part of that growth in a meaningful way. Your clinical insight and professional opinion will be valued as we continue building a practice centered around excellent care.

Schedule

Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hygienist who is:
5–7+ years experienced
Comfortable treating and managing periodontal patients
Skilled in patient education and building trust
Confident, thorough, and compassionate
Team-oriented and enjoys being part of a collaborative practice\

Requirements

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
5–7 years hygiene experience preferred
iTero experience required
Experience managing periodontal patients
Nitrous oxide certification required
Local anesthesia certification preferred (not required — we are willing to support training if needed)

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
