We are a boutique, growth-oriented dental practice focused on delivering an exceptional patient
experience and high-quality clinical outcomes. We invest heavily in training, technology, and team
development. We are not a "clock in, clean teeth, clock out" practice. We are building a team of
professionals who take ownership, communicate confidently, and want to grow.

• Prefer a passive hygiene role focused only on cleanings
• Are uncomfortable discussing treatment with patients
• Want a highly flexible schedule without regard to patient care or team needs
• Avoid direct communication or accountability

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
• Take pride in identifying and educating patients on needed treatment
• Are confident discussing periodontal disease, restorative needs, and long-term consequences of avoiding treatment
• Want to be part of a team that drives results, not just activity
• Are proactive, engaged, and take ownership of your schedule and patients

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Performing thorough hygiene visits with a strong diagnostic mindset
• Identifying and clearly communicating periodontal disease and other treatment needs
• Applying adjunctive therapies to contribute to excellent patient outcomes
• Ensuring patients understand the why behind treatment recommendations
• Maintaining accurate, same-day clinical notes
• Keeping your schedule productive and patients reappointed

WHAT WE MEASURE (AND CARE ABOUT)
• Identifying patients who need advanced periodontal therapy
• Patient understanding and engagement in treatment
• Reappointment rates
• Clinical documentation completed daily, including communication with referral providers

COMPENSATION
We offer a competitive daily rate or percentage of collections, whichever is higher. Your earning
potential grows with your performance. Team members who show up, contribute, and drive results
are rewarded for it.
