This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, connects easily with patients, and takes pride in helping the entire team succeed. From welcoming patients to assisting chairside, you’ll play an important part in creating a comfortable, positive dental experience.

Your Role

Support patient care: Assist the dentist during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visits.
Keep our clinical space ready: Sterilize instruments, organize supplies, and maintain clean treatment areas while following infection-control procedures.
Create a welcoming first impression: Greet patients, answer calls, and assist with check-in and check-out.
Help appointments run smoothly: Schedule and confirm visits, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with insurance verification and payment collection as needed.
Work as one team: Communicate clearly with clinical and front office teammates, anticipate needs, and step in to support daily office operations.
What We’re Looking For

Dental assisting experience is preferred, and front desk experience. Our ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, dependability, and a patient-first attitude. You should be comfortable balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities while staying organized and working collaboratively.
