This is a part time position, Mondays/Wednesdays 8:00am-4:30 pm and Fridays 9:00am-3:00pm with growth potential as the practice grows.
Nestled in the newly renovated Talleyrand Office Park on 200 White Plains Road, this beautiful new office is conveniently located near I-287 and just 2 miles from the Tarrytown metro north train station.
As a member of our team, there will be training and opportunities for continuing education. We constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members is vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are always welcome, and encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care.
Applicants should have significant knowledge of the dental field and dental insurance. A minimum of three years working in dental administration is required. We are looking for someone to warmly welcome patients and parents to our practice, and someone who harbors excellent communication skills with parents and insurance companies, and who is comfortable presenting and discussing treatment plans. In addition, the ideal candidate is willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of Open Dental is a plus, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is another plus, but not required.

We are a START UP practice. Applicants should have a MINIMUM of 2 years dental assisting experience as well as x-ray certification and maintain CPR certification. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in ANY area of the practice when necessary, and willing to learn new procedures and innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of Open Dental is a plus, but not required as the team will be receiving training prior to opening.
