# Part-Time EDDA – Growth to Full-Time

Overview

Monument Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled, patient-focused EDDA to join our team **one consistent day per week**, with the opportunity to increase hours and grow into a full-time position as our practice expands in early 2027.

We are a locally rooted private practice known for high-quality care and genuine patient relationships. We stay busy, but we prioritize quality over volume and take the time to provide a calm, comfortable experience for every patient.

Our technology-forward practice utilizes CEREC same-day crowns, Solea laser dentistry, digital imaging, and implant dentistry.

What You’ll Do

* Assist with restorative procedures, including crowns and same-day CEREC workflows
* Perform expanded duties, including placing and finishing restorations
* Support implant procedures and restorations
* Take digital X-rays and assist with advanced imaging
* Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
* Maintain infection-control and sterilization standards
* Accurately update patient records in Open Dental
* Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
* Collaborate with the clinical and front-office teams to maintain an efficient day

What We’re Looking For

* At least two years of expanded-duty dental assisting experience preferred
* Strong crown and restorative experience
* Knowledge of four-handed dentistry and efficient clinical workflows
* CEREC, Solea, implant, CBCT, or Open Dental experience is a plus
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
* A positive team member who values quality care and clear communication

Pay: $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time benefits may become available as the position grows, based on eligibility and practice policy. Benefits may include health insurance, PTO, paid sick time, 401(k) matching, vision coverage, and comprehensive dental benefits.

Schedule: One weekday per week initially, with additional days expected as the practice expands.

Work location: In person in Monument, CO 80132
