Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive hygiene care including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
Educate patients on oral-systemic health and individualized home care
Support case acceptance by reinforcing doctor diagnosis and creating urgency with patients
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Accurately chart and document in Dentrix
Identify periodontal conditions and co-diagnose with the doctor
Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients
Maintain efficient scheduling while delivering a high-touch experience

Qualifications
Current Florida RDH license + CPR certification
Local anesthesia certification preferred
1+ year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication skills with a confident, warm chairside manner
Detail-oriented and clinically thorough
Comfortable with technology and digital workflows
Team-oriented with a growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $48/hour
Bonus Opportunities: $500 – $2,000+ per month based on:
• Production
• Perio diagnosis and treatment acceptance
• Patient retention and reappointment
