Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our exceptional dental team to provide comprehensive care for our diverse patient population. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Manage scheduling for patients and staff, optimizing appointment availability and minimizing wait times.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle billing and budgeting processes, including insurance claims and patient payments.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure effective communication regarding patient treatment plans.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental office management

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in a dental specialty.
- Must be willing to commute between two offices, Lansing and Flushing
- Proficiency in Dentrix software and electronic medical records systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and dental procedures.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing human resources functions.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a healthcare environment.
- Previous experience in hospital settings or acute care is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 a year, with the potential for an additional bonus of up to $10,000 based on performance. Our practice is enriching and supportive, fostering both professional and personal growth.
