We already have 2 rockstar treatment cordinators at the Front desk, now we need a supportive, energetic, cross-trained Office Manager / RDA to complete the squad!

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years dental front desk experience (Eaglesoft + insurance knowledge required)
• RDA skills– so you can assist in the back when needed.
• Strong customer service & phone etiquette
• Great at multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and a team player with positive energy
• Comfortable with scheduling, billing, patient communication, and follow-ups especially on social media.
• Looking for a long-term role only!!!
