**Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) Dental Treatment Coordinator**

SpringLake Dental is a private dental practice in Woodland, CA seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We prioritizes quality dentistry, personalized patient care, and long-term relationships. We believe in providing patients with comprehensive treatment options and educating them so they can make confident decisions about their dental health. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a dental Treatment Coordinator role who is confident discussing treatment plans, financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and financing options with patients.

**Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.**

**Responsibilities:**
• Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
• Verify insurance benefits and estimate patient portions
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans
• Answer phones and assist with patient communication
• Work closely with our doctor and hygienist to provide an exceptional patient experience

**Qualifications:**
• Minimum 1 year of dental Treatment Coordinator experience
• Experience discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred

**Compensation & Benefits:**
• $20–$30 per hour DOE
