Are you an experienced dental assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Cross-Trained Dental Assistant/Front Desk Assistant with a valid NJ X-ray license to join our small, friendly dental practice. Our team consists of a female dentist, one hygienist, an RDA, and a supportive front desk manager, all committed to delivering high-quality dental care to our wonderful adult patients.
In this full-time role, you'll work approximately 32-36 hours a week, with flexible hours including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, as well as alternate Saturdays. Your responsibilities will include chairside assistance, dental charting, patient education, and ensuring a clean and safe environment through sterile procedures. You'll also have opportunities to handle front office tasks, including scheduling and insurance verification.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23-26 based on experience, along with benefits such as 401(k), paid holidays, and continuing education opportunities. Our advanced technology includes Eaglesoft, digital radiography, and an iTero scanner to enhance the patient experience.
