Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Hayward, CAWe are a growing dental practice seeking an experienced, dependable dental assistant to join our team in a full-time role. Our office provides care across general and multi-specialty services in a multi-doctor setting, serving PPO and private patients with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and is comfortable supporting a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting chairside during procedures, taking and processing dental images as needed, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection control standards, and helping ensure a smooth patient experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. A high school education is required.
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $33-$35/hr, along with a 1-hour lunch break. Additional benefits include 401(k) match and paid sick leave. Parking is available on-site for staff convenience.
