Front office staff

We are a growing dental practice seeking a full-time front office team member to join our expanding team. Our beautiful new practice has been growing quickly since opening in May, and we are looking for someone who can help us continue building strong relationships with every patient who contacts our office.

The ideal candidate will have a warm, energetic, and outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. In this role, every phone call is an opportunity to welcome a new patient, answer questions promptly, and confidently guide callers toward same-day evaluations whenever possible. You should be comfortable turning inquiries and walk-ins into appointments, following up with patients, and clearly explaining the value of timely dental care.

We are a single-doctor practice with a wonderful team of one manager and two assistants, serving General, Orthodontic, Oral Surgery, Endodontic, PPO, and Private patients. Experience with Open Dental is helpful. A high school education is sufficient for this role, and dental office experience is preferred.

This full-time position includes a 30–60 minute lunch break and access to common parking.
