As a dental hygienist in our office, you will play a vital role in maintaining the oral health of our patients. Your responsibilities will include providing preventive care, performing scaling and root planing, applying local anesthesia, and educating patients about their oral health. Our office values quality over quantity, ensuring you can focus solely on one patient at a time. This allows you to tailor your approach based on individual needs, whether it’s a 40, 50, or 60-minute appointment.

We take pride in maintaining a safe working environment, providing our hygienists with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) such as disposable gowns, face shields, latex and nitrile gloves, and masks. Collaboration is key in our tight-knit team, and we appreciate innovative ideas and approaches to patient care.

While we often work straight through, lunch breaks are flexible and can be scheduled based on your preferences. Our office does not overbook patients, which helps foster a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere between you, the doctor, and the patients.

We welcome new graduates or experienced hygienists, and while a local anesthesia license is preferred, it is not a requirement. A competitive salary or hourly rate will be negotiated based on your experience, and we offer benefits including paid time off (PTO), dental care, and a bonus program.
