We are a dynamic dental office seeking a dedicated and skilled Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our team on a part-time basis every Wednesday. As we expand with the addition of another doctor in the coming months, this position has the potential to grow into more days.
Our practice focuses on providing exceptional general and private dental services. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong skills in various areas, including placing composite restorations, cord packing, CEREC, radiology, and four-handed dentistry. Ideal candidates will be experienced in infection control, instrument sterilization, and patient education.
The responsibilities include assisting during procedures such as crowns, extractions, and temporary crown fabrication, as well as providing vital signs monitoring and treatment planning. Proficiency with tools like Dentrix, DEXIS, iTero, and intraoral cameras will be essential for the role.
