Core Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, delivering a high-level, concierge-style experience
• Coordinate scheduling with a focus on efficiency and optimal doctor productivity
• Manage patient communication, follow-ups, and case acceptance support
• Assist with financial coordination, insurance navigation, and treatment presentation
• Maintain organization and flow of a busy specialty practice
