Tech Savvy Permanent DA needed (Benefits Avail)

We are a cutting-edge cosmetic dental practice offering a spa-like experience in a relaxing, high-end environment. Our team works closely together to support seamless daily operations, exceptional patient experiences, and efficient practice management in a general, single-doctor, PPO, and private practice setting. We are seeking a full-time dental assistant with 3+ years of experience and a high school education. Cross-training is a plus.

This role requires a confident, patient-focused professional who can provide chairside assistance for cosmetic, restorative, implant, and surgical procedures. Responsibilities include preparing operatories, managing sterilization, digital scanning, intraoral photography, patient education, and supporting CAD/CAM same-day dentistry workflows. Additional duties include assisting with advanced cosmetic and implant procedures, fabricating temporaries, managing digital impressions, communicating with laboratories, maintaining inventory, and helping ensure efficient clinical flow throughout the day.

Preferred skills include digital X-rays, intraoral camera use, iTero, NOMAD Pro, ScanX, impressions, infection control, instrument sterilization, charting, treatment planning, front office support, scheduling, insurance verification, and Dentrix Ascend or MacPractice. Experience with Invisalign, veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, orthodontics, removable prosthodontics, and expanded functions is highly valued.

The office provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, and nitrile gloves. Parking is available at the front office away from the front door. Lunch break is 30 minutes. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 403 retirement plan plus disability. Pay starts at $22/hour minimum, based on experience and ability to perform in a cosmetic environment.
