We’re a well-established, doctor-owned private practice with a reputation for exceptional patient relationships and long-term trust. Our team includes two experienced dentists and a skilled support staff who take pride in creating a warm, professional environment for both patients and providers.
Our modern, fully equipped office (5 operatories) features everything you need to provide comprehensive care—no need to bring your own materials or instruments. You’ll have the freedom to focus on dentistry, not logistics.

Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible—choose what works best for you!)
Compensation: Competitive percentage-based pay aligned with production
Model: 100% Fee-for-Service (no insurance hassles)
Environment: Relaxed, professional, and patient-centered
💼 We’re Looking For
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Florida dental license in good standing
Excellent communication and chairside manner
Proficiency in general dentistry; experience in endodontics or prosthodontics is a plus
A genuine commitment to patient care and team collaboration
