With nearly four decades of providing personalized dental care, our office prides itself on building lasting relationships with our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a dental hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures
- Conducting gingivitis, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal treatments
- Providing oral hygiene instructions and patient education to promote optimal oral health
- Utilizing your skills in x-rays and operating a sonic machine to assist in patient assessments
- Administering pediatric hygiene care to our younger patients, ensuring a positive dental experience
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A current dental hygiene license
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in dental charting, scaling, and root planing
- Experience in sterile procedures and periodontal maintenance
- A commitment to patient-centered care and effective communication with patients of all ages
Work Environment:
You will be joining an office known for its friendly, hometown approach to dentistry. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive work environment where patient comfort is paramount. We offer a one-hour lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30, allowing you to recharge during your busy day.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $35, with the potential for negotiation based on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy two weeks of paid vacation, ensuring a strong work-life balance.
