Oral Surgery Assistant – AAAHC Accredited Clinic (Leawood, KS) 💼 Hourly Rate: $22–$27 (DOE) 📍 Location: Leawood, Kansas

Join our dynamic and patient-focused team at a nationally accredited AAAHC oral surgery clinic in Leawood, KS. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgery Assistant to support our surgeons and provide exceptional care to our patients.

🦷 What You’ll Do:

Assist in surgical procedures including extractions, implants, and biopsies

Prepare and sterilize instruments and surgical areas

Monitor patients pre- and post-operatively

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Collaborate with front and back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in oral surgery or dental assisting preferred

Current CPR, BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and organizational skills

A calm, professional demeanor and commitment to patient care

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage: $22–$27/hour, based on experience
