We’re not looking for just another dental assistant.

We’re looking for an experienced, highly capable dental assistant who takes pride in being excellent at what they do—someone who anticipates the doctor’s needs, keeps procedures moving efficiently, and understands that an exceptional dental practice is built on both outstanding clinical care and an outstanding patient experience.

You Should Be Confident With:

- Complex operative and restorative dentistry
- Crown and bridge procedures
- Veneer cases, including fabrication and temporization using a diagnostic wax-up
- Surgical procedures and extractions
- Dental radiography
- Intraoral scanning
- High-quality clinical and cosmetic dental photography
- Efficient room setup, turnover, and clinical workflow
- Infection control and sterilization
- Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients
- Scheduling patients and managing appointments
- Assisting the hygiene department and supporting hygiene workflow
- Coronal polishing

Open Dental experience is required. Dentrix experience is preferred.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with significant chairside experience who can step into a busy general dental practice and contribute immediately.

Our team works **Monday through Thursday**, giving you a consistent full-time position with a three-day weekend.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation up to $31/hour, based on experience, clinical skill, and ability.
