Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Simi Valley, CAWe are a growing general dental practice seeking an experienced front office professional to join our team full-time. Our clean, modern, and upscale office is built around positive energy and patient-centered, high-quality care. We are a PPO/FFS, state-of-the-art, fully digital practice featuring intra-oral cameras, a scanner, piezo scalers, and new instruments. You will work alongside a friendly staff and serve amazing patients in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience and bring strong communication, sales, professionalism, efficiency, and multi-tasking skills. A high school education is required. This role requires someone who is positive, organized, and comfortable handling a busy front office while helping create an excellent patient experience.
This full-time position includes PTO and health insurance. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break. We use Eaglesoft scheduling software. Our office also provides disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks for safety and comfort. Free ground-level parking is available for added convenience.
