Flexible RDH position

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate dental hygienist to join a well-established general dental practice that has been serving its community with excellence for more than 30 years. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and preventive care services; taking and reviewing diagnostic images as needed; educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and home care routines; documenting findings accurately; and assisting the dental team in promoting overall patient health. Strong communication skills, a gentle approach, and a commitment to quality care are essential. Experience in a general dental setting is preferred, along with a genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits.

We offer a flexible full-time schedule, with the option for part-time consideration. Days and hours are negotiable, with a primary need on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay based on experience, 401(k) profit sharing, paid time off, and paid holidays.
