A dental assistant with excellent clinical and communication skills who can make a patient feel comfortable is so important for every dental office. You are a very valued member of our team! The ideal candidate will work closely with the dentist to provide exceptional care and ensure a smooth patient experience. We need a reliable, well-organized assistant with great attention to detail, excellent chairside skills, and a professional appearance. You will handle both clinical and administrative tasks, making our office more efficient and pleasant for our patients!

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Sterilize instruments according to OSHA regulations
Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials
Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
Take impressions and undertake lab tasks as instructed
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Assist with presenting and discussing treatment plans
Skills
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Prior experience as dental assistant would be preferred
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Fantastic multi-tasker and is always one step ahead
Well-organized and reliable
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills; Attention to detail
Dedication to provide high quality, comprehensive chair-side care
High school diploma; graduate from dental assistant school is preferred
Additional certification or training is an asset
X-ray Certification (required)
