Full Time Hygienist
LOCATION
Austell, GAWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join a professional, patient-centered dental practice serving general, periodontic, and private care needs. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented clinician who values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene services while maintaining a calm, professional, and welcoming chairside presence. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, patient education, charting findings accurately, reviewing medical and dental histories, and supporting the clinical team in delivering high-quality care. Experience working with a mix of general and periodontal cases is highly valued, along with a commitment to excellent infection control and attention to detail.
This role requires a college-level education in dental hygiene and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset are essential. Candidates should be comfortable discussing home care techniques, preventive strategies, and treatment recommendations in a way that supports patient understanding and long-term oral health.
Compensation for this position is $58 per hour or $40 per patient, whichever is higher. The practice also provides personal protective equipment, including goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to support a safe clinical environment.
The schedule alternates weekly as follows:
Week 1:
Tuesday, 6:45 AM–1 PM
Wednesday, 12:45 PM–7 PM
Thursday, 6:45 AM–1 PM
Saturday, 6:45 AM–1 PM
Monday, 12:45 PM–7 PM
Week 2:
Monday, 12:45 PM–7 PM
Tuesday, 12:45 PM–7 PM
Wednesday, 12:45 PM–7 PM
Thursday, 12:45 PM–7 PM
Friday, 6:45 AM–1 PM
