Patient Scheduling Coordinator

What You'll Do
Proactively fill and manage the daily and weekly schedule to hit production and utilization goals
Follow up persistently and cheerfully with patients who need to schedule, reschedule, or complete treatment, using phone, text, and email
Work closely with the clinical team to balance the hygiene and doctor schedules, keeping both running at strong production
Track and reduce cancellations, no shows, and gaps in the schedule
Reach out to and reactivate patients who have fallen off their recommended care schedule
Communicate the value of scheduled treatment in a way that motivates patients to commit and follow through
Monitor daily production numbers and adjust scheduling strategy in real time to hit targets

Comfortable with metrics and production numbers, and energized rather than intimidated by them
Prior experience in a dental or medical scheduling or front desk role is a plus, but not required if you bring drive and strong people skills
