We are an established general and family dental practice located in the beautiful Lake Norman Area, seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant team. With over 25 years in the community, we pride ourselves on providing excellent dental care while fostering an environment where every patient feels like family. Our practice supports a positive team atmosphere, comprising three skilled doctors and a team of six hygienists, working together seamlessly to ensure the highest standards of care.
In our office, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technology to enhance the patient experience, including modern diagnostic tools and treatment modalities. Our dedicated staff understands the importance of a comfortable, efficient practice, and we are committed to delivering personalized care to each patient who walks through our doors.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will see one patient at a time, ensuring personalized attention and quality care. We schedule ample time for each appointment — an hour for prophies, two hours for new patients, and one hour per quadrant for scaling and root planing. Our practice values thoroughness and patient education, making your role crucial in promoting optimal oral health.
This full-time position has become available due to the retirement of our cherished current hygienist, providing you with the chance to build lasting relationships with our wonderful patients. We provide a full range of personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to ensure your safety and that of our patients.
