Position Overview
This full-time Dental Assistant role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a modern dental setting that rewards dedication and teamwork. Shifts begin at 7:10 AM sharp, with 12-hour workdays on Mondays and Tuesdays, and rotating Wednesdays and Saturdays, offering 3–4 days off each week.

Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of general dental procedures
Prepare, disinfect, and restock operatories according to strict sterilization protocols
Manage accurate patient records and treatment notes using Eaglesoft
Support patient education and comfort throughout their visit
Maintain daily efficiency by proactively anticipating clinical needs
Reliable transportation is required to meet the early start time and schedule

Who You Are

1–2 years of experience in a dental assisting role (general dentistry preferred)
Proficient with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
Clear, friendly communicator with patients and team members
Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Dependable and able to consistently start shifts at 7:10 AM

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20–$28/hour, based on experience

Monthly Bonus Program: Earn an additional $2–$4/hour in performance-based compensation
