A private, specialty-focused restorative dental practice in Cherry Hills is looking for a talented and experienced Dental Assistant / EDDA-EFDA to join our team.
Our practice focuses on comprehensive restorative and prosthodontic care, including complex cases that require attention to detail, strong clinical skills, and excellent teamwork. We're looking for an assistant who enjoys being involved in interesting dentistry, building relationships with patients, and continuing to grow professionally.

What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is clinically confident, detail-oriented, dependable, and still excited to learn.
You may be a great fit if you:
Have 3 years of EDDA/EFDA training or equivalent advanced restorative experience
Are comfortable assisting with crowns, bridges, veneers, removable prosthodontics, full-mouth rehabilitation, and other complex restorative procedures
Have excellent provisional fabrication skills
Are confident with digital scanning, impressions, dental radiographs, and clinical photography
Understand efficient four-handed dentistry and can anticipate your doctor's needs
Take pride in keeping operatories, instruments, materials, and cases organized
Understand that complex dentistry requires planning ahead and attention to the details
Communicate warmly and professionally with patients
Stay calm and solution-focused when the day gets busy
Notice what needs to be done and take initiative rather than always waiting to be asked
Enjoy working collaboratively and stepping in to support your teammates
Welcome feedback and want to continue becoming better at what you do
Experience in a prosthodontic, cosmetic, or advanced restorative practice is highly valued.
Radiography qualifications and current CPR/BLS are required.
What You'll Do
You'll be an important part of the patient's entire clinical experience, including:
High-level chairside assisting
Complex restorative and prosthodontic procedures
Fabricating, adjusting, and finishing quality provisionals
Digital impressions and scanning
Dental radiographs and clinical photography
Preparing patients and operatories for treatment
Managing instruments, materials, and clinical setups
Supporting lab case organization and communication
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Sterilization and infection control
Looking ahead in the schedule and preparing for upcoming cases
Helping the clinical day stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
Providing a calm, welcoming, and professional experience for our patients
Most importantly, you'll be a trusted member of the clinical team, not simply an extra set of hands.
Compensation & Benefits
$30-35/hour, depending on experience and clinical skill level
