Ottaviano Dental is a newly established, privately owned dental practice in West Long Branch, New Jersey, seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in a permanent part-time position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the practice continues to grow.

I am a new practice owner, and I'm looking for much more than someone to simply fill a position. I'm looking for someone who wants to build something long term alongside me.

My goal isn't to hire someone who plans to stay for a few months and move on. I want to find a hygienist who is looking for a long-term home—a teammate who wants to grow with the practice as we continue to expand together.

Whether you're a seasoned hygienist or a new graduate I will support your professional growth and give you the time you need to provide exceptional care. I do not believe in rushing patients or pushing production over quality. I want you to be proud of the care you provide every single day.

Schedule
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Active New Jersey RDH license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passionate about patient education and quality care
