Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist

Periodontal practice seeking a Part-time Dental Hygienist with a minimum of 3 years’
experience.
Days are flexible. Team Player.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be currently Licensed in the State of Nevada with an Associate or bachelor’s
degree from an accredited program
Knowledge of Open Dental (similar to Dentrix), Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPPA
regulations.
Perform all duties of a licensed hygienist, including scaling & root planning, x-rays,
assessments and preventative/maintenance treatments.
Collaborate with the entire team to provide high quality care, educate the patients and
enhance their experience.

Dr. Ed De Andrade is a specialist in periodontics and dental implantology. He received his DDS degree in 1995 from New York University College of Dentistry, after graduating at the top of his class and being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, The National Dental Honor Society.

Dr. De Andrade takes pride in providing his patients the best dental care in a state-of-the-art facility. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, the highest level of professional achievement in periodontics, and an honor achieved by very few periodontists. Among his many distinctions, he was a part-time instructor at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine from 2003 to 2011.

Dr. Riegel attended University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine with the intention of specializing in Periodontics. She graduated in the top twenty percent of her class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. After finishing her dental degree, Dr. Riegel moved back to her home state to complete her periodontics residency at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora, Colorado where she honed her surgical skills.

Dr. Mike Toms is a board-certified periodontist with 14 years of experience in LANAP (Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure), specializing in the health and well-being of patients' gums. He believes that maintaining gum health is essential to overall wellness, as research links gum disease to serious conditions like heart disease, low birth weight, pancreatic cancer, and stroke. Dr. Toms is passionate about educating his patients on the importance of dental health and how taking care of their gums can help prevent future health issues.
