Dentist for Children's Dentistry

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled dentist to join a large children’s dental office that provides elevated care in a private office setting. Our practice focuses primarily on pediatric dentistry, with some adult dentistry, and we are looking for a clinician who is confident working with children while also being comfortable treating adult patients when needed. This is a full-time opportunity in a supportive and professional environment where quality of care, patient comfort, and teamwork are top priorities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of clinical experience and a strong foundation in general dentistry. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent diagnostic ability, sound clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach to treatment. Experience working with children is highly valued, along with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and families, explain treatment options effectively, and maintain a calm, reassuring chairside manner.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive general dental care, performing routine exams and restorative procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care in a busy practice setting. The position requires the ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient safety and comfort. Collaboration with clinical and administrative team members is an important part of the role.

This full-time position includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers a competitive compensation structure of base plus bonus, with pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications. We also provide a benefits package that includes 401(k) and vacation time.
