What We Offer:
As a privately-owned practice, we place a strong emphasis on creating a supportive work environment rooted in mutual respect and collaboration. You will enjoy a consistent schedule, working Monday to Thursday with a focus on work-life balance—our team wraps up by 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Thursday. Your contributions will directly benefit our loyal patient base, which allows our hygienists to thrive in a busy yet unrushed atmosphere.

Your compensation will be competitive, ranging from $45.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plans, flexible work schedules, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care, ensuring our patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits. Key responsibilities will include conducting screenings, reviewing medical histories, taking digital radiographs, and educating patients on oral wellness. You will maintain accurate documentation and sterilization protocols while partnering closely with the office doctor to provide the highest quality of care.

Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who embodies a mature and positive attitude and is excited about building trustful, long-term relationships with patients. Clear, kind communication and a commitment to high-quality preventive care are essential to complement your skills. While prior clinical experience is a plus, new graduates are warmly welcomed to apply.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Valid Nebraska Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with standard hygiene equipment and safety guidelines (HIPAA/OSHA)
